Due to the actions taken to stop the spread of COVID-19, the Army Corp of Engineers will replace all scheduled in-person public comment meetings with phone-in meetings of the recently released Columbia River System Operation (CRSO) draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). Therefore, the meeting scheduled for this Wednesday at the Red Lion Kennewick is cancelled.
