The Tri-City Development Council (TRIDEC) collects and stores information that you voluntarily provide via email, through the website, or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us and to fulfil your request as necessary. You may be contacted regarding joining TRIDEC as a member.

This web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be given only when reservations are cancelled directly with TRIDEC via email or phone no later than the deadline of three (3) business days before the event date. “No-shows” and cancellations made after the deadline are not refundable. Membership dues and sponsorships are not refundable.

SECURITY POLICY

It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
