Workforce


Tri-Cities region boasts a highly educated workforce with 28% having obtained a Bachelor’s Degree or higher.  There are more scientists/engineers per capita in the Tri-Cities than anywhere else in the nation - 1,600 PhDs among 7,000 engineers and scientists.
